How are items personalized?

Each custom item is personalized with the chosen colour of vinyl.

Are the colours of your items and vinyl swatches accurate?

While I do my best to provide the most true-to-colour photos to display my items and vinyl, please keep in mind that there may be variation between different monitors etc.

Do I have to personalize my item with my name?

Nope! Although I had names in mind when designing my items, you are free to add any** text of your choosing (for example "I love dogs").

Please note that there is a 15 character maximum and only letters are supported - no numbers or symbols.

**While I appreciate the desire to express yourself, I will not produce text that contains any offensive, derogatory, or otherwise hateful text, whether it is explicit or implicit. Any order placed that contains text as mentioned above will be cancelled. A full refund and explanation for the cancellation will be provided to you before production.

Do you make truly custom orders?

Yes! Please check out @creativity.in.bloom for photos of past designs I have made. Additionally, if you have an idea please reach out here with your vision and see what we can do! (Note that I have lots of other vinyl colours beyond what is listed on my website)

What are the details on the tumblers?

They are stainless steel and hold 20oz (or 591mL). Each tumbler comes with a clear push on lid and a reusable straw (plastic, not silicone) that goes with the tumbler chosen.

Dimensions: 8.25"H x 2.75"D

What are the care instructions for the tumblers?

Due to the handmade nature of the products, there are some steps that I recommend to ensure the longevity of both the tumblers and vinyl applied. Please.. 

1. Hand wash only
2. Do not soak
3. Do not scrub with an abrasive material
4. Do not microwave

Do you make bulk orders?

Yes! If you have an order of 4 or more tumblers please reach out to me here before ordering so we can discuss design, pricing, and shipping.

What is the return policy?

Since the products I sell are all custom, personalized orders, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order here.

How long does order processing take?

Typical processing time is 2-4 business days, however, if there are any changes to that I will have the updated processing time posted on a banner at the top of the website and on social media platforms.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is through Canada Post and rates are calculated at the checkout based on your address.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide! 

Is local delivery an option?

Yes! If you are located in Guelph, Ontario (postal codes: N1L, N1G, N1H, N1K, N1C, N1E) then you will have the option to select local delivery in the checkout for $5 flat-rate delivery fee.

If you choose this option further instructions will be emailed and/or texted to you.
